Doctor's Profile

David moved to Oregon in 2016 after a lengthy international career, which took him through several Eastern Canadian provinces, the UK, France and the United States.

David has continued to leverage his HR and Operations skills to help coach business owners and budding entrepreneurs. David is also committed to building stronger communities, which has included Board participation in several non-profit organizations in the education space including the Boys & Girls Club of Bend.

As Dr K.’s father, David was eager to partner with his daughter to help found and operate a feline only veterinary clinic, pairing his HR and Operations experience with Dr K.’s medical know-how. They share a passion for operational excellence, rigorous planning, and transparent communications (and cats!).

David and his wife Dawn have five cats, Tequila, Amaretto, Budica, Scampurr and Herbie as well as Whiskey, a miniature poodle that has had to learn to adapt to all 5 feline arrivals.

David loves fishing, international travel, pc games, and partaking of the fine wine, craft beers, and local cuisine of Oregon. Despite all the career moves, David and Dawn are happy that all their immediate family (3 children, daughter-in-law, and 5 granddaughters) live in Oregon.
